A network issue internal to Amazon Web Services (AWS) impacted communication between our load balancer and application servers resulting in some customers experiencing slower than desired response times at 9:01am PST. While this was quickly handled by the team at Amazon (within 4 minutes), they have not yet shared any additional context on root cause. We will provide more information if it becomes available.
